We do not accept returns on any order, for any reason, once it has shipped.
No exchanges
We do not accept exchanges for a different device, color, or storage configuration after purchase.
You're still covered by the warranty
Every device we sell includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering hardware defects. If your device arrives damaged or develops a hardware fault, contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you file a warranty claim. This policy covers returns and exchanges for reasons other than a manufacturer defect — see our warranty details for what's covered.
